BRANCH LOCATIONS

  • All Relyance Bank locations will only offer drive through service, available during our normal business hours.

  • ATMs and Night Drops are also available 24-7.

  • Customers who need access to their safe deposit box or to open a new business account can call 855-365-RELY to set an appointment at your local branch location.

  • New personal accounts may be opened through the Apply Now link on our homepage.

LOAN CONSIDERATIONS

  • Relyance Bank is committed to helping our customers with this program through this difficult time.  We acknowledge that many applications have already been received, processed and funded by Relyance Bank.  Applications are being processed based on completeness and accurately validated information included with your application, as required by the SBA. Applications that are incomplete, not accurate, or that lack all required supporting documentation will not be processed.  Relyance Bank could potentially be limited in the total amount of applications that we can approve, so please understand we reserve the right to stop accepting application submissions based upon our capacity.  A submitted application on your behalf does not guarantee a successful submission to the SBA.  We will do our best to communicate timely and effectively regarding our position with PPP applications.

  • Consumers who have concerns about their loan obligations are encouraged to contact their local banker or our Consumer Loan Support Team at 855-365-RELY to discuss available options.

  • Loans can be managed and paid online using Online Banking. View instructions for making loan payments through online banking here.

  • You can also make payments to Relyance Bank loans using external accounts from outside financial institutions. View instructions for adding external accounts for loan payments here.

  • Deposit checks, monitor account activity and pay bills from your phone using Mobile Banking.

  • ATMs, debit cards, and credit cards are available for immediate payment and cash needs.

  • Access your account through Telephone Banking by calling or toll-free number, 855-365-RELY.

  • Enroll in e-Statements for electronic delivery of bank statements and documents.
